The War of the Roses were a series of dynastic wars fought between supporters of two rival branches of the royal house of plantagenet,the house of Lancaster and york. This wars were fought in several sprordartic espisodes beteen 1455 and 1487. In my opinion this war was not necessary for the history of Europe because they could only had had talked and solve it in a simple way. The War of the Roses is called The War of the Roses because the two houses are represented by two roses, the House of Lancaster is represented by a red rose and the House of York is represented by a white rose. First Henry VII married Elizabeth of York and had four children: Arthur, Prince of Wales, Henry VII of England, Margaret Tudor (Queen of Scots) and Mary Tudor (Queen of France). Henry VIII got married 6 times with Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves, Catherine Howard and Catherine Parr, he also had three children: Mary I of England, Elizabeth I of England and Edward VI of England. These physical and emotional symptoms can become a hindrance to our job performance. Fortunately, there are easy ways on how to overcome stress. Stress management includes regular exercise, meditation, eradication of drug use, moderate alcohol use, and incorporation of a routine inside our household and work space (Panzarino, 2008). These are simple and easy steps, but if we value our health and would not want stress to become a limitation or health problem in our work we can opt to do these. Our careers may not be the ones that we have dreamed of when we were still young, but they help us grow and become mature in a lot ways. Our jobs also provide us with the financial needs necessary to keep us comfortable in our daily living. Stress is one of the many employment problems encountered.
